At Sweet Like Eden, every candle is hand-poured with love, using only the cleanest ingredients and the deepest care. Because of the small-batch and intentional nature of our products, we do not accept returns—but we are happy to offer exchanges to make sure you find your perfect fit.

Returns

We gladly offer exchanges on any unused candle. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll help you find a candle that brings peace and light to your space.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The candle must be unused and in original condition

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • You may exchange for an item of equal or lesser value

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there was a mix-up, please reach out right away. Email us at sweetlikeedenlilly@gmail.com with a photo and your order number so we can make it right.
